4. Intellectual Property

Content, creatives, reports, and strategies created by DigiSkies PPC LLC remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Clients may use approved deliverables for the intended campaign or project only.
Trademarks, logos, or materials provided by clients remain the property of the client.

5. Privacy and Data Use

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes campaign performance, analytics, and website tracking data. By engaging with us, you consent to our use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to achieve measurable results, DigiSkies PPC LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes or ROI.
We are not liable for losses caused by third-party platforms, Google Ads policy changes, or unforeseen technical issues.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services as outlined in the service agreement.
Termination does not relieve the client from paying for services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of United States of America/Florida. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable local regulations.
